Colin wasn’t raised to be an artist, but his love for photography started at an early age. As a child, he took photos during family vacations and learned to develop and print images before he even became a teenager. Despite his passion, he pursued a career in engineering and worked as a manufacturing manager for 28 years, keeping photography as his main hobby.
Over time, his dedication to photography grew, and he eventually decided to make it his full-time profession, embracing his true calling.
Although Colin explores all kinds of photography, we’ll focus on his collection of stunning models, which he calls "Figure in the Landscape." His fascination with open spaces makes this series a tribute to the beauty of the human form in natural surroundings.

James Felix started out drawing live figures with charcoal on canvas paper. Over time, he began photographing models in various poses to use as references for his drawings—at that point, photography wasn’t his focus, just a way to capture unique postures. But gradually, he started noticing something in his photos that inspired him even more than drawing. From there, it became a journey of trial and error as he taught himself the techniques that now define his photographic work.
Today, James Felix is a fashion, editorial, portrait, and beauty photographer based in Arizona.

Picture this: You, me, and a romantic walk through the dunes. Just think about it.

We don't know what's coming tomorrow, but what seemed impossible is already here. These digitally-generated images are so lifelike, it's hard to believe they were created by a machine. Faces and bodies pushing the boundaries of possibility, details capturing every nuance, and figures surpassing what's ordinary.
They’re not here to replace anyone—nothing will ever match the genuine magic of a real glance or the spontaneous chemistry when you're face-to-face. But the ease of producing these kinds of scenes will change the game: the simpler it gets to generate ideal fantasies, the more we'll appreciate genuine authenticity.
And this is just the beginning.
